Nike Sportswear Air Max “Black Pack”

Nike Sportswear Air Max “Black Pack” words_Brandon Richard Though the late, great Johnny Cash was the original “Man In Black,” it’s Jay-Z’s “all black everything” movement that is commonly tied to black on black sneaker colorways. While the latest Air Max collection from Nike Sportswear isn’t necessarily tied to the Brooklyn emcee, they’d certainly fit in with his desire to dress in black from head to toe. Seen here are images of the upcoming Air Max “Black Pack,” featuring three styles in all black looks. Included in the “Black Pack” is the Air Max 1, Air Maxim Trainer 1, and Air Max 90. Each shoe features a combination of black suede, leather and mesh on the upper, completed with a black-podded visible Air unit and outsole. Look for these pairs to touch down at Nike Sportswear retailers in October. via SlamxHype Tags: Air Max , Air Max 1 , Air Max 90 , Air Maxim Trainer 1 , Black Pack , nike , nike air max , Nike Air Max 1 , Nike Air Max 90 , Nike Air Maxim Trainer 1 , nike sportswear , Packs This post was written by: BRich – who has written 1441 posts on Sole Collector . Stevie Williams x ALIFE Everybody High America – Closer Look

While Stevie Williams’ skate label, Dirty Ghetto Kids, has a shoe deal of it’s own, Stevie himself does not. This leaves the door wide open for the pro-skater to wear and collaborate on any piece of footwear he desires. What he desires most is the Everybody High America from ALIFE, so when he was presented with the chance to design his own pair, there was no hesitation. Stevie took the opportunity to design the ALIFE Everybody High America in a color scheme honoring his hometown baseball team, the Philadelphia Phillies, using Grey suede and mesh throughout the upper with a slab of Red suede along the lateral side of the heel and additional accents of Red on the lining and toe bumper. Marking his work, Stevie had his signature embroidered along the toe. Look for the Stevie Williams x ALIFE Everybody High America at select ALIFE distributors now, such as colette in Paris. Jeremy Scott x adidas Originals “Teddy Bear” – Closer Look

After catching a look at the sneakers on the cover of Sneaker Freaker’s 19th issue , we’ve now got a closer look at Jeremy Scott’s “Teddy Bear” sneakers. As part of his on-going adidas Originals by Originals Collection, Jeremy Scott looked to The Snuggle Bear, mascot of the Snuggle brand which makes fabric softeners, to help him create one of his most unusual sneaker thus far. And that says a lot considering this is the same guy who’s designed sneakers with three separate tongues. The plush sneakers, built on the frame of the adidas Metro Attitude and shown here in a women’s version of Pink/White, feature a fuzzy base with Snuggle’s head acting as a tongue and his arms seen extending out from the sides. Although not shown at this time, there’s word on a men’s version of the adidas Originals x Jeremy Scott “Teddy Bear” as well. And don’t worry guys, it won’t be in a girly Pink. The men’s version consists of a tan base similar to the color used for The Snuggle Bear. Follow the jump to check out a few more pictures of the sneakers and watch for them to release next year during the Spring of 2011.
