Video: Curren$y Criticizes Air Jordan Fusions

“It’s like an Air Force 1 dressing up like a Jordan for Halloween.” The Air Jordan Fusion line has received an abundance of backlash over the past couple of years. Many have described the line in many different ways; however, New Orleans rapper Curren$y may have described the Fusions in the most comical way to date (just check out the words above). He also stated that Jordan Brand has been sending him some goodies as of late. Do you think the last package Jordan Brand sent Curren$y will literally be his last after these words? © George Kiel III for NiceKicks.com , 2010. | Permalink | 23 comments | Add to del.icio.us Post tags: Air Jordan Fusions , Air Jordans , Curren$y , Jordan Brand
Nike Vandal Hi Black/Team Orange

The Nike Vandal has not been released in mass quantity like the Dunk or the All Court; however, its color schemes have been well-received this year. Nike designed this particular pair exclusively for the women. It features a combination of leather (predominance of the upper) and a unique quilted texture pattern (heel) in black. To offset the simple black upper, Nike added a team orange/blue removable strap, a blue-outlined swoosh and blue stitching on the white sole. Guys, are you jealous yet? Now available at select retailers worldwide. My Balenciaga Color Saga continues: Murier

Moving to NYC will ensure an easy in-person shopping experience for just about every item I want to check out. It doesn’t mean I will stop online shopping (hello, what are late sleepless nights for), but I will have the fashion world at my finger tips. Don’t get me wrong, South Florida is filled with amazing shopping, like our hangout Bal Harbour Shops, but we all know it is not the same as NYC. I desperately need a Balenciaga store next to me because their colors are haunting me. I can not seem to find the perfect color and much of that is because I am not seeing the bags in person. You all followed my recent Balenciaga purchase and return . The color Seigle just didn’t do it for me. And now my hunt continues. I am not hitting the checkout button just yet, but I am really digging the Balenciaga Giant City in Murier . You know what will hold me back from buying this bag?

Nike Air Max Turbulence White/Black-Volt

Following the “Air Attack” Nike Air Max Turbulence release in June, we have now spotted a summer-ready colorway of this runner at select spots including JD Sports . This pair contains a primarily white-colored base constructed of mesh and leather, while minimal volt hints (swoosh border, midsole, branding) provide nice color blocking. Additionally, black accents such as the visible Air sole unit and the swoosh, complete its color scheme. View detailed photos below. Alexander Wang welcomes a new color, Mustard

If it didn’t look absolutely ridiculous, I would have titled this thread, “ Alexander Wang welcomes a new color that is similar to a color you welcome when changing the diaper of a new baby” . Let me preface this by saying that I actually love hues of yellow and even a mustard color when done right. But mustard is really really tricky to perfect, and if you are one hue too dark it starts to look like… well, you know what I mean. There needs to be a big neon sign that lets you all know that I have not seen this color in person. Stars, red lights, flashes, I have not. And it could very well be the case that when I saw this color in person, I would realize it is the perfect mustard hue. So I don’t mean to knock it, I’m just rather hesitant and iffy with the color. Alexander Wang welcomed the color Mustard in two of his iconic bags and one newer design: the Rocco Duffel , the Diego Bucket Bag , and the Darcy Slouchy Hobo . What do you think of the new color?
