Nike SB Zoom P-Rod IV High “Akuma” – Street Fighter Pack

If you thought the Street Fighter Pack was just gonna include the Nike SB Dunk Mid “Ryu” and the Nike SB Dunk Low “Chun Li”, think again. With a classic video game like Street Fighter and the arsenal of characters introduced throughout the series, Capcom and Nike SB plan to expand upon the pack with a few more inspired releases. One of which is the Nike SB Zoom P-Rod IV (4) High shown here. Honoring Akuma, who made his debut in Super Street Fighter II Turbo, the Nike SB Zoom P-Rod IV features a solid Blue upper inspired by the d?gi Akuma wore, which was more along the lines of a Charcoal Grey in the arcade game, with accents of Black appearing on the Swoosh and midsole. On the heel of the sneakers in Red is the Chinese symbol for sky/heaven which was seen on the back of the character’s outfit in the game. Although not shown here, we would imagine Akuma’s image appears on the insoles in the same fashion as the other sneakers in the pack. No official release date for the Nike SB Zoom P-Rod IV High “Akuma” has been announced at this time, but when further details and images are available we’ll let you know. Nike Sportswear Air Max “Black Pack”

Nike Sportswear Air Max “Black Pack” words_Brandon Richard Though the late, great Johnny Cash was the original “Man In Black,” it’s Jay-Z’s “all black everything” movement that is commonly tied to black on black sneaker colorways. While the latest Air Max collection from Nike Sportswear isn’t necessarily tied to the Brooklyn emcee, they’d certainly fit in with his desire to dress in black from head to toe. Seen here are images of the upcoming Air Max “Black Pack,” featuring three styles in all black looks. Included in the “Black Pack” is the Air Max 1, Air Maxim Trainer 1, and Air Max 90. Each shoe features a combination of black suede, leather and mesh on the upper, completed with a black-podded visible Air unit and outsole. Look for these pairs to touch down at Nike Sportswear retailers in October. via SlamxHype Tags: Air Max , Air Max 1 , Air Max 90 , Air Maxim Trainer 1 , Black Pack , nike , nike air max , Nike Air Max 1 , Nike Air Max 90 , Nike Air Maxim Trainer 1 , nike sportswear , Packs This post was written by: BRich – who has written 1441 posts on Sole Collector . Air Jordan 2010 “Silver Anniversary II” – Holiday 2010

Air Jordan 2010 “Silver Anniversary II” – Holiday 2010 words_Steve Jaconetta If you thought you saw the last of the Silver Anniversary themed Air Jordan’s release, think again. Before 2010 ends, we will have one more Air Jordan 2010 colorway released. No, not an Outdoor or Team version — a regular Air Jordan 2010. While in February some lucky people got their hands on a very limited quickstrike all white Silver Anniversary Air Jordan 2010, this holiday season for those who missed out, here’s the next best thing. While not all white, this colorway should still appease fans. It features a nice metallic silver upper with touches of white and an icy clear outsole to finish them out. These will be a limited quickstrike release and retail for $170. No release date is confirmed yet but you can expect them between October and December. Stay tuned to Sole Collector for more information as it becomes available. The Lady Politicians’ Shoe of Choice

Manolo says, it is the Kate Spade Wedge ! Despite the three-inch wedge heels on her black patent leather shoes, after hours of walking, Ms. Saujani, a former hedge-fund general counsel and a successful political fund-raiser, seemed as calmly cheerful as she did at the outset of the day. Finally, as we returned to her office, I asked: About those shoes? “They’re the Kate Spade wedges,” she said, sagging slightly, as if she had only just then been reminded that she had feet. “They’re these politician-woman shoes.” She had gotten the tip from someone who worked for Hillary Rodham Clinton. They are apparently something of an “it” shoe right now for women in politics: Ms. Saujani said that Kathleen M. Rice, who is running for attorney general, also wore them (a photograph on Ms. Rice’s Facebook page bears that out). The chief of staff for a prominent woman in Congress told me that she, too, religiously relied on her Kate Spade wedge heels (though she spoke on the condition of anonymity because she preferred not to be known for her brand of footwear).

Nike Zoom Kobe V “Lower Merion ACES” – Home PE

With the school’s away version having already hit the market earlier this year, Nike is preparing to release the Nike Zoom Kobe V “Lower Merion ACES” in the home colors of Kobe Bryant’s former high school basketball team. Using the same color blocking as the Nike Zoom Kobe V “RICE” we showed you yesterday, the sneakers consists of a White base with minimal accents of Team Red and Silver divided between the Swoosh, outsole and Kobe’s branding on the tongue and heel. The team’s ace of spade logo appears along the heel tab. No exact release date can be confirmed at this time, but we’ve been told that they’ll be releasing this month through House of Hoops . You may wanna watch for them to drop this coming weekend when the RICE Zoom Kobe V release. More detailed photos of the sneakers follow after the jump, thanks to Kix-Files .
