Salvatore Ferragamo is a silent warrior of meticulously created handbags. Typically the brand flies under the radar, much like Tod’s and Bottega Veneta , but the admiration for the craftsmanship remains. While many Ferragamo bags tend to be simple, the Salvatore Ferragamo Shoulder Bag is oh-so-lovely and touches on every aspect of a bag that I adore. First off, the soft Italian leather is a must and it is paired perfectly with a braided shoulder strap to add a nice dimension. The signature brass closure also has a small pouch attached, though it appears as if you can remove it. I simply love this bag

New Balance is releasing their 455 model in five colorways for a Fall 2009 release. These kicks were designed and constructed in the Flimby, England factory and boast a rugged veteran’s history as they were award-winning running shoes over 30 years ago. The collection uses an assortment of premium materials including leather, suede, and mesh. Aside from teal, these colorways mostly utilize drab hues. Therefore any selection from this 455 collection will serve as a quiet compliment to an outfit. Read the rest of New Balance 455 – Fall 2009 Collection © Bert Geyer for NiceKicks.com , 2009.

Manolo says, the Manolo never ceases to be amazed by the shoe-spotting ability of the Manolo’s sharp-eyed internet friends. For the example, yesterday, while preparing for the Whose Shoes Wednesday the Manolo mistakenly included this fragmentary photograph in his collection of the Lady Gaga shoes. This is not Lady Gaga, something the Manolo in his haste to prepare the post had missed. And yet, even though it was the single image among nearly the score, this did not prevent the Manolo’s readers from identifying to whom they belonged. The first to do so, was the Manolo’s internet friend Jo. Nicole Scherzinger, I think? Followed by the more complete identification made by the sharp-eyed sharpy, Rachel Marie Those are Pussycat Doll paws-who else wears tartan parachute pantaloons with knee high boxer boots
