When it comes to recycling colorways it’s a toss up on whether Nike or Jordan Brand is the biggest culprit of the fact. While we usually prefer fresh new color schemes we can’t always blame em for reusing something from the past cause it’s either a dope colorway which we just can’t get enough of, like the Air Jordan Bred color scheme and Nike’s Fresh Water color schemes, or it’s a school inspired release draped in the school’s official colors which won’t be changing anytime soon. With that being said comes the Nike Zoom Kobe “USC” PE which carries the same exact color blocking at the USC version of the Kobe IV. Consisting of the signature colorway of the University of Southern California Trojans the Kobe V features USC Cardinal throughout majority of the upper with a iridescent snakeskin pattern overlay. The section of the heel consisting of Kobe’s signature is finished in white to match the white mid-sole. USC Gold appears on the Nike Swoosh, Kobe logo on the tongue, on the laces and on the USC hit on the ankle of the heel and an extra hit of USC Cardinal is applied along the front of the sole unit. We haven’t heard when, or if these will ever released to the public so stay tuned for further details and click here to check out a few more photos of the Nike Zoom Kobe V “USC”.
