Before 2009 came to an end Nike introduced the Mad Jibe Mid, a hybrid model of the original low cut Mad Jibe boat shoe fused with a sole unit from a pair of Dunks. An interesting look if I do say some myself. Following up on the Black/White/Gum version released in December comes this Burgunday Mad Jibe Mid. The upper of the sneakers is constructed from a combination of smooth leather and perforated leather in a nice shade of Burgundy. Sitting below the upper is the Dunk sole unit which features a White mid-sole and a Gum outsole. If you ask me I defiantly prefer the Mad Jibe Mid over the original low-top style, but that’s just my opinion. Which do you prefer?
