Almost every major and independent shoe companies out there have released new versions of their existing models, or designed a new series as part of their Winter collection. Not to be outdone, New Balance also released two new colorways for the NB 576 model. It features a premium all- leather material and are contrasted with textured animal skin saddle with textured animal skin saddle on the uppers and heel tab leather overlays. Also comes in two colorways of deep brown with grey midsole and black with grey colorway. The synthetic mesh tongue completes the design. At rougly $120, you can get yourself a pair of these!

The last time we saw the New Balance 1500 , it was donning a rugged all brown colorway as a part of the Concepts x NB collaboration pack . Late for winter, but plenty early for next Spring are these Limited Editions in white and blue. In white on the upper are pieces of matte-finish leather, patent and mesh. The heel cap is made of grey nubuck, matching the “N” logo embroidery outline. Navy blue is used on the heel and tongue logos, while a lighter shade is the focus of the shoe, covering the toe area completely. On the top-side, perforated nubuck adds breathability and solid nubuck is used for the toe cap, highlighted with 3M reflective material. DC Shoes has used the Xander model in a number of collaborations with associates such as Mike Shinoda , Lemar and Dauley and Kendo Double Label . However, DC has chosen to let the Xander stand alone this time by introducing this Xander TX . This sneaker definitely goes in the opposite direction of the subtle, gloomy shoe colorways we see during these seasons. The majority of the base is done up in neon yellow; yet, it contains minimal grey accents on the side panels and tongue. To coincide with the latter details, this Xander is finished with a grey sole. Hello folks. We have a gentleman who has been visiting our forums for about a month now trying to identify this boot that he is desperate to own. OK, now here’s the toughy, What kind of boots are these he (Brad Pitt) is wearing? He wears them all the time, not every picture is with this boot, but a lot are this exact boot. Here are some distinct qualities of this boot: Notice bottom sole is a two piece, one part for the heel and one part for the front part of foot, This is a very distinct feature of the shoe, sometimes only seen in roper toe cowboy type boots. Also the bottom sole of the heel has a distinct “V” cut slash in the heel in the picture where he is taking a step. Also the bottom of the shoes on the right bottom is a square that is colored either orange or red and is the brands name on it or the color is part of the brand, because in two of the pictures showing the bottom of his shoes one can clearly see the bottom of the shoe has the orange or red square trademark. The logo on the bottom is a big give away as to what brand it is. Also notice the tip of the shoe has a bit of white on the toe area, also a distinct mark on the boot. Also the material is a gray suede or a distressed pewter, he also has a pair of these in dark brown in one of the pictures, but mostly he wears the dark gray suede or distressed pewter.

Unless you weren’t already convinced of Alexander McQueen ’s dark genius by the pictures of the clothing from his show, we submit to you: the shoes. What we got from this collection (among other things) is perhaps the most ostentatious, progressive approach to footwear that we’ve ever seen from a major designer, at least in recent memory. The shoes were, on average, a full ten inches tall with huge platforms in the front to make them at least somewhat functional for walking. I pray for the models’ poor little ankles, but it was worth it to see these looks in their full form. They came in three main varieties: first, ultra-high booties that looked more like prosthetic lobster claws than shoes you might see on the racks at Neiman Marcus, in keeping with the apocalyptic-aquatic theme of the show. These came in exotics, smooth leathers, and a variety of exterior embellishments, including shards of turquoise. The second type were booties that looked like something a resident in Wall-E ’s post-apocalyptic Earth might wear. The heels were covered in an amalgamation of industrial metal, creating perhaps the most wearable shoes of the collection. The third type were intricately carved porcelain platforms that were reminiscent of a coral reef, held on to the foot by clear plastic straps. These are the shoes that a mermaid would wear, if a mermaid had feet.

No doubt about it, the Nike Air Max 95 is a classic. We’ve seen a ton of hot colorways since its original release, and even saw one yesterday with some wild orange graphics . This pair, like yesterday’s, is a JD Sports exclusive and features far more subtle styling cues and the traditional 95 layered gradient upper. Working its way up from the black midsole, colors go from obsidian to navy blue to white. That midsole features full-length Air Max technology, of course. Under the top layer of mesh are navy blue cloth lace holders. Breaking up the color scheme on the tongue is the traditional oval logo in gold embroidery. How do these compare to other Air Max 95s we’ve seen? Better than the Volt/Dark Grey pair we saw not too long ago? Do they stack up against this “Photo Blue” color-up ?

As the fall/winter season continues to creep up on us, we are now starting to see more boots and boot-inspired sneakers. While we will more than likely see boots that feature dull colors such as black, grey and brown, we have now spotted the Zoom ACG Ashiko Boot that owns a very vivid colorway. This ACG Ashiko Boot, which is set to release in the coming weeks, can easily co-exist with Halloween judging from its colorway. It possesses a predominately total orange-colored base with multiple black and anthracite details throughout the upper. However, one of the more distinctive features on this shoe is the flywire design seen on the side panel and the toe area. Also, the total orange base rests atop a black and orange sole.
