Elsa Pataky arrived at this event during Cannes Film Festival dripping with some gorgeous Chopard jewels, and one of my favourite Elie Saab gowns, from his Fall 2009 collection. I saw this gown at a press day for Elie Saab recently, and you wouldn’t believe how heavy it is, with all the intricate beading. Elsa’s gown didn’t have the black underlay, like the runway version, but the gown is still retains it’s elegance. Devon Aoki wore a luscious lime green, Roberto Cavalli strapless gown
